HEY MY IPOD TOUCH WONT SYNC GOT ANY TIPS?

hey my ipod touch wont sync got any tips?
ok look my touch charges, shows up in itunes, and everything but each time i sync my touch where it should show the panel were you can sync movies, music, etc it just states ipod it never did this before i have the up to date version of itunes i can’t restore because i cant see that… and i synced my brothers old nano and it works perfectly
please help
how can i restore itunes when i cant see that panel where it grants me to sync it
dude that area it just states IPOD nothing else zero zip nada

there’s a button by the updates button that states restore to factory settings. This might solve your problem

These steps might work as I had a similar problem with iPod nano
1 try this at someone else’s iTunes
2 reinstall iTunes then restore your iPod
3 or simply go put in a passcode and right before that there is an option to to delete all content and reset the iPod turn it on (try this at your own risk)
